On the occasion of the 15th Lust*Streifen Film Festival Basel, lotsremark Projekte invited the Hong Kong artist Alysza LAM Tsz Ching 林芷澄 (*1995), who lives in London, to create an installation and performance to respond to this event. Alysza LAM is known for her multidisciplinary artworks made from unusual found objects from everyday life. The exhibition showcases a participatory installation encompassing her recent paintings. The artist invites the visitor to pull the red thread, the invisible tide of destiny between each and everyone of us connected by love. Exploring the many facets of the nature and simulacra of love—collected answers from the loved ones in her life and from herself.
